now i'm really scraping the barrel of blogdom...;)
Here are my last 3 months weigh ins since i started at the gym. There's quite a bit of variance because of when i take the readings (before or after gym or food) but my weights coming down for sure and i've definitely got less fat and more muscle, although the cart doesn't reflect that.
