I'm grateful for reading your blog and seeing the photos.

More useful than any book or website I've seen to date to get an idea of how it is to live and work in NZ.

I've been dawldling over a job offer out there as a Nurse but will be out there in March, partly thanks to your blog. Any tips on cheap flights?

great, that's always nie to hear that people are reading the blog and if it actually inspires people to come to NZ, so much the better! In terms of cheap flights, i'm not sure where you're coming from but normally the best way is to plan your trip with a travel agent. If you haven't flown long haul before, i'd recommend taking a stopover in asia for a few days if you can afford it. if you just want to get here the quickest and cheapest way possible, e-tickets from expedia.com are a good choice i think. are you coming for a holiday then before deciding whether to stay?
