House has Sold!

Yes indeed, at around 5pm yesterday we received the cash into our bank and we are now, at least for the next few weeks, officially homeless! we move into the new place on Jan 14th which we are all very excited about. Got a couple of weeks R&R here in Pauanui before starting at my new job on Jan 7th. Will be staying at friend's house during that week in preparation for the big move.
