sunny winter weekend

after leaving the joy and depression of another world cup behind, annabel and tommy have booked their tickets back to england for young lucy's wedding and to show of wee kiwi tom to the in laws. ridiculously tommy has to pay the same fuel taxes and surcharges as annabel, even though he weighs less than the bloody luggage!

we took a trip up north to the whangaparaoa peninsula, did some walking had some hot chocolates at a very strange place called gulf harbour. there were lots of houses and large boats but no people, like 28 days later really.

Anyway, "mr moo" appeared to enjoy every minute of it, and i got a chance to were my little beanie, it fit last year, i think i'm putting on weight on my head as well, how depressing. This was also the first friday to monday no interruptions weekend i've had off for a while and it was just great, 15c as well;)
